1. ******UPDATE******* App has been updated and is minimally better, albeit still terrible! Doesn't lock up quite as often, BUT still does, still bloated and cumbersome to navigate, and still way too much time "Loading..." Mobile deposit sort of works, but with too many errors, especially when making multiple deposits.
2. In addition to this, I have received a 'funds tranfer error' every time I have tried to transfer money between my checking and savings account through the app; I never received this error in the previous Chartway app.
3. I truly hope they fix this quick, as online banking is a pretty important perk in my book, and you would think chartway would go back to the old version if this application wasn't ready to be rolled out.Works great - once I found it! I found it hard to believe that CW said it was ready to go on the 23rd but it was nowhere to be found in the Play Store...Am guessing because it was not named exactly as the old one, that it did not show up as an available update.
4. I have tried several things to get it to work such as; deleting and reinstalling the app, installing it on several different devices, making sure the app is completely logged out of, and turning off the device fully to make sure it would work properly.
5. i have had issues doing transfers and money was in limbo for a week as I had to call customer service and they had to investigate the issue and release my money.
6. I only see two purposes in a mobile banking app, checking one's balance and transferring funds between accounts, this app has failed to deliver on the latter of these for me and is therefore rendered half useless.
7. However, nothing done makes the app workThe app hardly loads, and now, in order to access my account, i must constantly uninstall then reinstall the app about every 2-3 logins (3 is being generous).
8. Once inside and trying to transfer or verify adding an external account it gets stuck.
9. I have emailed the developer email address in hopes that they will put how to discover the new app on the CW homepage.I love Chartway but this app is garbage.
10. Seems to work best if make one deposit at a time, then log off and back in for each subsequent deposit.
11. It's not easy to find the "other stuff" such as secured messaging, or easily getting to the Bill Pay settings of a particular payee.
