1. I am a 10 year Republic client switching my banking services to a bank that allows me to actually utilize mobile deposit.Been using the app for a couple off years now and had no problems really whatsoever... Sometimes it's down for servicing or what not which is irritating but not so much to get worked up over.
2. I recently re-signed up & had a very difficult time when i tried taking a picture of the back of check! The "endorse here" and "write mobile deposit" kept getting in the way corners/edges of check and kept denying photo.
3. It took WAY too long!! Convenient but not worth the aggravation.Been having trouble with this for months , now it's just not opening ( & of course my card is on lock 🤦🏽 ♀️ )Great app very secure.
4. Thieves would be long, long gone,by the time you received the text.Can't use zell ive spoke to zelle there is no lock but you all continue to say it's on zells end and it notThe app regularly refuses to let me log in, even when my password is correct.
5. AWFUL!MAJOR ISSUE!!! There is a setting in the app that allows you to receive an email if there's a transaction made over a certain amount.
6. I've been locked out of my account multiple times, and every time it stops accepting my password after I've had it for a week at most.
7. A great app if you can manage to log in, but useless if it won't accept valid passwords.overall pretty happy, a few things I would like to do , like transfer to another person's account but can't do that.
8. You could still get charged an overdraft, if a deposit hasn't "posted" yet even though it says availableUpdates ruined mobile deposit.
9. Used to be a great app... What happened? I've been using this app since 2017 and everything has always worked great.
10. The app adds non-existent shadows even in brightly lit conditions, then Republic rejects the deposit as illegible.
11. Ohh.. one thing I do wish Republic would do with our ATM machines is to program it to allow us to choose what bills we'd like to receive like 10's, 5's and or 1's... That would be awesome.
