Why should I report an Issue with Eidoo: Bitcoin and Ethereum Wallet and Exchange?

1. Fifth star is for the support: great people!DO NOT USE THIS WALLET... I BEG OF YOU.. Editing again because obviously this support is lying through their teeth and if I could attach a screenshot I would of the fee, at the time it was .0466 eth "gas fee" for the swap.

2. I woke up one morning to all my BTC gone - plenty of better wallets and DeFi exchanges - don't risk your coin here.Can transfer my ERC20 tokens out because of high gas fees.

3. Why? Secondly, why won't my seeds work on other wallet apps like IMToken, I tried loading my wallet phrases there and its bringing up a totally different wallet.

8. Edit: I was able to get some issues resolved and their customer service, once they get to you, is helpful and responsive.This is one of the best Erc20 wallet i ve ever used.

1. Fix Eidoo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Eidoo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Eidoo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Eidoo" » Open Eidoo: Bitcoin and Ethereum Wallet and Exchange » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Eidoo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Eidoo: Bitcoin and Ethereum Wallet and Exchange app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Eidoo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Eidoo: Bitcoin and Ethereum Wallet and Exchange" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Eidoo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Eidoo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Eidoo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Eidoo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Eidoo not working

2. Fix Eidoo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Eidoo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Eidoo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Eidoo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
