Pathetic service.don't use this app it's wast of time and money for money withdraw they take 2 month what type of service they are providing and there coin prices updated is very slow totally wast appVery very poor app, you can get far better apps then this like WazirX, CoinDCX and all where they will not hide anything from the customer.

3. Clear BNS: Crypto Trading Exchange app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BNS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BNS: Crypto Trading Exchange" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BNS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BNS might not work.
