Why should I report an Issue with tokenPocket - Ethereum Browser?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of tokenPocket inc to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Debict should only be done when a successful transaction.Why must i use old password to recover my fund with keystore? So since i fotgot the password since i wasnt told to back it up i cant have my fund back? It is theft!!!! Other wallets would let you input another password so long as its with the right keystore, private key or other phrase, why is yours so different ? Now I'm going to loose all my gund just like that ? This app is a total scamThis app is rubbish, imagine i have been trying to send eth from my account since yesterday up till now still not possible, i tried contacting their customer service i have series of messages for them but up till now no response... App like this should not existThis app is the worst app ever, keep deducting money for a failed eth transaction yet none of the said transaction has ever be successful.

PURE FRAUDThis app is giving me issues I sent ethereum into it twice it did not enter and it's been confirmed on my other phone I dont know what to do now I am in big loss here......😭😭😭😭 Please help.me fix it or you can check my account because I can't deal with thisI changed my device (phone), since then, i find it difficult to login via import wallet 'incorrect password' error message.

3. When trying to load the page for auto login or manual using Dapp there will be an error 418....with description: for you to view all the content in this site use any of this browser...Firefox, chrome, opera etc.

4. If I login using chrome and my ethereum ID Will it reflect in this app?As much as I like ur app, deducting or one wallet when a transaction fail is a act of fraud.

5. It is a very nice app, as you can reduce gas price though the transaction will be slow but still successful and you can't recover your keystore, if not backed up on your email address or written down and kept in a safe place.

6. They should work on this two areas.Please help oh! I can't browse through the Dapp thereby depriving me access to login automatic or through manual.

7. My account was debited good three times after a failed transactions But my deducted Ethereum was not refund.

8. When someone carried out a failed transaction twice, you don't have to debict his or her wallet.

9. Am done with you guys, you can keep the rest eth since you have decided not to let me transfer it instead you keep deducting the money.

10. This is no good for you guys as you make people uninstall your apps and also gives wrong impression about your services.

1. Fix tokenPocket Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart tokenPocket: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the tokenPocket App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "tokenPocket" » Open tokenPocket - Ethereum Browser » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for tokenPocket » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear tokenPocket - Ethereum Browser app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from tokenPocket servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "tokenPocket - Ethereum Browser" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check tokenPocket app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, tokenPocket might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall tokenPocket. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall tokenPocket then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing tokenPocket not working

2. Fix tokenPocket Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make tokenPocket be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to tokenPocket not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, tokenPocket may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
