MySantander Banking Customer Insights

1. Annoying.People are writing in English and they are responding in German! How rude! The app is completely GARBAGE! There is no proper English support! Even their customer service helpline does not speak English! N26, on the other hand, provides both German and English support, as well as online chat support in both languages! Come On, We live in 2022, not 2000!It has all the basic banking functionalities like Money transfer, account balance, statements and also real-time transfer.

2. Seems fine, but I had instant disappointment when I could not find a setting that allows the change of language to English... Hoping Santander DE is already working on an update.I switched from N26 and while Santander works it's a lot more fragile and a bit complex since it requires two apps to login.

3. So, if there is an option to switch the language of the application then it would be very helpful and more user friendly.The templates do not work: after selecting a template and the account from which to transfer the app stays hanging.

4. However, there are several improvements we can do such as supporting English language as well in the Santander Germany app, as not all the account holders may understand German very well.

5. When making transfers entering the data from scratch, it is impossible to enter IBANs that contain letters (like they exist in the Netherlands: e.g. ABNA and INGB) because the input keyboard switches to numbers only.
