2. You need to have Albaraka Internet / Mobile password in order to use Albaraka Mobile banking application.

1. One more thing reduce the security a bit because it is just weird to close bank cards randomly! What if someone needed that card in an emergency? What he's gonna come miles to the branch? Also improve the call logs since it's hard for me to reach the customer support! We don't need to press many buttons ... I have never been able to buy any package from any telecom operator due to the need for OTP which cannot be got via the ridiculous feature of ''ŞifreAl", what is the benefit of such a tool if it give me a WRONG code in everytime I try to use it to buy online through my mobile.I'm trying to remove old bills from the saved Payments but unfortunately there's nothing like that in the application, it would be really appreciated if you could add an option to remove saved bills/payments as there isn't any as far as I'm concerned.

As i am typing now, i uninstalled and trying to install the App again because i couldnt log in for more than two weeks........i real can't write enough...Just fix itAll notifications are showing as question marks.... Please tell the app developer to change the character set in notification to Unicode character set (GSM7), otherwise it will show question marks in most none-Turkish language mobiles.
4. Now, how can I trust AB to solve any issue if I couldn't reach a customer supporter to talk for sms blockage ??it lacks a lot of featuresI am very disappointed with this App, i just have no choice because it is the bank that i opened account with in Turkey.

6. I called the customer service of AB to speak out, but I couldn't receive any sms to pass the security control of IA, and of course, there's no person to solve this issue.
7. I'm a developer and I know what I'm talking about, if this not the problem then the app developer should check why this happens! Please tell them to check on none-Turkish language mobile.
