myWisely Customer Insights

1. 😊 Get this APPThe app is ok, I hate how long it takes to open once you log in, or if I have my money in the savings envelope and need to transfer it I'll receive an "oops something went wrong try again later" that's pretty inconvenient.

2. This is overall the worst banking app I've ever used!This app needs an update fix for the 6-digit verification code sent via email or phone number, there's an error upon sending detailed, "There's been an error, we're sorry for the inconvenience.

3. Crashes, infinite loading screens, having to re-enter my fingerprint every couple weeks, and just generally less than ideal performance makes relying on the app a headache.I will not use this app until you make it so it works correctly and is more similar to the ADP app that it is supposed to be replacing.The ADP app is much better.

4. This has stopped me from changing info in my profile and also from transferring funds between accounts, thanks hope you see this and get right on it the support team claims there's no alternative option for a fix.Incredibly inconsistent and unreliable.

5. The easy to use banking system is a must have, as well as the numerous amount of opportunities provided at no cost to you!! I'm really impressed with how different they're set up compared to all the other more competitive bank brands.

6. Good thing it's a savings card & not a bill card.It's already bad that I was forced to use this app because of my job (wasn't aware of the switch) but now it's not even opening up for me.

7. Than it goes to a page that wants my information which i put in, but just keep getting a screen that says oops there's something wrong, verify information and try again.

8. I'll try to order something and the payment won't go through but I'll then use my chase debit card and the payment goes through.

9. Text alerts come from a different number everytime which really gets my message app really cluttered if you dont delete each individual message.

10. I do like the rain day fund! great feature!Just activated the card and downloaded the app but can't set up the app.

11. I can see the account numbers of the checking account numbers I'm trying to transfer to instead of choosing blindly in the my wisely app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix myWisely Issues

1. Fix myWisely Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart myWisely: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the myWisely App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myWisely" » Open myWisely: Mobile Banking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myWisely » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear myWisely: Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myWisely servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myWisely: Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check myWisely app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myWisely might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall myWisely. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myWisely then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myWisely not working


2. Fix myWisely Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make myWisely be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to myWisely not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, myWisely may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
