1. Removed credit card management completely from the app when they switched to a new payment processor, can only be accessed from mobile browser or desktop, no response from them on if/when they will bring this back to mobile app, but it's a big hassle to do all of this from a computer.
2. Kind of makes the app useless if you can't paste.I have been banking with Georgia's Own for the past 20 years! Customer service is fabulous! I never have to wait more than a few minutes to speak to a staff member for help with my account issues.
3. Also, if you had a pending credit card payment on/around the switchover date, it's gone without warning, and your credit card payment is now late/missing.
4. Whatever they did to change the app, please change it back; it was working fine.It has been happening over 2 months and it is terrible.
5. Having a working app is a critical feature for a credit union these days.
6. I'll be moving soon and honestly this app alone is making me contemplate switching to a different bank.When depositing a check it has recently started to turn the photo so the check appears in the opposite orientation than you need it to be for snapping a picture.

8. Contacted support about this and they said they were working on it but it's been a couple months with no progress.
9. Now I have changed my rate from 5 stars to 1 star.The app crashes every time I try to use the fingerprint to log in.
10. I use a password manager and the app no longer allows pasting your passwords in which means if you have a secure password then you have to write it out first ruining any security a password manager provides.
11. We have other options.Was doing well for years, but for the past couple weeks my fingerprint won't let me in.
