1. Very dissapointing either wayI cannot understand if it is an app even!!!! I install it today then I cannot login the next day and cannot even reinstall....i spent months without knowing what s going on my account .....horrible to have such IT service in 2022!!!! I seriously do not recommend you as a bank for this big default that I v never faced with other apps of even small business....shame!Poorly developed app.
2. The bank should give more care about their app be sure it is their face and definitely the future.. please update your app and invest little bit more of money to develop it rather than giving loans with high interest...Last update was on 2019, do you believe this, app connected to user accounts didn't have security update since 2 years, where is your HQ from this pooooor service, I can't believe this!!!!A very bad experience with app.
3. the worst it team I ever saw for an international bankSession will keep connected if the app running in the background, and no session timeout ! If u change password or email it will not ask for confirmation ! Seems to be developed by a trainee and published without approval !Useless app it doesn't even starts for me.
4. A freelancer on Fiverr could do a better job for 20 bucks than those who developed this horrible app.Very bad experience using the app, many bugs , very old design, difficult to read.
5. It needs re-work and it seems like Al Baraka IT team are not getting those multiple negative feedbacks or they just dont care.
6. They charge you a monthly access fee for it but most of the time it doesn't even work especially when you need it.
7. I don't like anything about it.I'm a customer of this bank for more than 8 years because of their good staff.

9. You can use its services if u are lucky once a week or a month.
10. Please report it in the app store because they don't even look at the feedback.
