1. I checked to see if I have the latest version of the app, and I do.Credit card payment issues: Every time there is an update, it seems there are many issues with the app.
2. Whether it's in need of an update, funds will not calculate, or it's already updated, the credit card payment options throw issues.
3. I've found a solution, (although we shouldn't have to); the next time you're unable to complete a payment, open up the chat box and state "unable to make credit card payment," it will send back a "pay here" link.

The insurance portion is absolutely pathetic it doesn't show you what to do on the front screen you have to go into it a couple steps to pull up billing it doesn't give a easy breakdown monthly or by vehicle it shows you the full six-month or one-year billing and then you have to do the math on your own to figure out how much per month.

The real issue is when you have to do anything even a little more complicated, you'll have to call, and while i used to prefer dealing with competent and friendly staff, USAA has allowed itself to become a simply terrible bank...For about a week now the Widget is not showing the checking account info like it used to.
6. The features of the app are constantly changing with each update and yet somehow the basic functions of a mobile banking app get worse.The past couple of months have been horrible with this app, I can't see any information, transfer funds, or lock/unlock my cards.
7. Terrible.The app can do basic tasks such as balance transfers and credit card payments easily enough, although i notice i can no longer claim rewards using the app.
8. That is absolutely ridiculousEdit 2023: major frustration - the app throws errors when I try to pay my credit card bill, or when I try to schedule it for a later date.
9. Almost every time I log in there is a banner message with some type of 'technical issue' or that services are unavailable or that the balances shown may not reflect current amounts, each time with a follow up that it is being addressed.
10. That would be nice if you could UNDO it! Transactions & scheduled ones used to be one screen, easy to see balance, now you have to switch back & forth & they aren't synced so the balance is differentSince I joined over a decade ago.
11. I will be working on getting rid of USAA almost completely excluding my credit card.
