1. Being no other authentication methods such as TAC, each time when transferring money, I need to first set up screen lock, then active Secure2U.
2. --- new problem Changed my phone, reinstall MAE and not able to activate secure2u keep saying LOCK SCREEN NOT ENABLED although I have enabled.
3. People are using password manager apps nowadays so having to open it up and then copy-paste the password every single time, seriously how is that convenient.
4. Editing expense is funny, it won't apply same rule on future txn, who is going to edit one by one (and stare at the loading rotating thumbnail twice each time??)There many problem with this app.
5. I always get an error that required me to unlink my account and when I did, the error message displayed the password is wrong and I need to reset it.
6. This is extremely troublesome, for us who are not used to itApp is constantly asking for password (like after an hour of inactivity) to do banking or e-wallet transactions even though I have enabled biometric authentication, that is extremely frustrating.
7. I don't know if I forgot or not but this was the fifth time I had to change my password.
8. To make MAE stand by, I am froced to keep the screen password.
9. The designer for the UI needs to go back to school and learn the basics.Forcing user to have screen lock.
10. Been on the phone with costumer service for countless time, still doesn't solve the problem.
11. When screen lock is disabled, secure2U turns ineffective.
I can't login my MAE account the error shows customer info not available at the moment.why?
