Why should I report an Issue with Earn?

1. Update.. can't get a hold of anyone I connected all my gig apps but it never added my income or it would Add and the next day it would be gone so I Uninstalled the app.Couldn't even get passed the create an account screen.

2. No biggie though it does absolutely nothing but it may be acting as a transponder for the microchip on the card?Installed app, opened, took to update screen, which takes to Google play store, and app store takes me to app which takes me to update screen.

3. Please update this app.Plenty of job opportunities, though most are labeled into wrong categories! I don't know why I'm the only reviewer in the US, there are listings in Portland & Oregon!!!Errors at sign in, can not sign in, changed pw, uninstalled, cleared cache, nothing worked.

4. No replies from app support or regular customer service support.Doesnt load.. The screen is set to desktop format on mobile.

5. Please get this back up and rollinI have been using this for awhile and I got my gig apps added ed but it never adds my income in real time and and all of my income don't even go on there.

1. Fix Earn Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Earn: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Earn App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Earn" » Open Earn » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Earn » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Earn app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Earn servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Earn" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Earn app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Earn might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Earn. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Earn then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Earn not working

2. Fix Earn Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Earn be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Earn not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Earn may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
