1. Last week the app didn't stop 8 calls from getting through, 4 on the same day.All or nothing? Why can't I send likely scam calls to voice mail by default, just in case it's a false positive? I have to block them, and potentially miss important calls, or allow them.

2. But didn't actually stop me from getting any spam calls, just labeled them as "scam likely." Edit after response: they were added as favorites, and still sent right to voicemail.

3. EDIT: The developer responded, thank you much, but didn't address anything in my review.For the past week now I keep seeing my incoming text messages as incoming phone calls in the app.

4. So if you're getting harassing calls they can still ring your phone unless you choose to send them to voicemail.

5. I've Uninstalled the app but it continues to mess up.This app stopped me from getting phone calls from people I actually care about.

6. There have been a few times it's blocked my contacts from calling me and some spam calls still get through.

7. Why can't I report a false positive? Why doesn't this handle texts as well as voice calls? Aside from all that, this is a useful app.

8. This fix would allow me to get calls I actually want and shield me from calls I don't want.I've had this app installed a for a couple of years and I can't determine its effectiveness.

9. For some reason the blocked calls always show up twice on the activity list, making it look like more calls were blocked.

10. I'd suggest going with something else.It is moderately successful in blocking unwanted calls, but doesn't tell you who they are.

11. But a lot of the time it'll block the 1 or 2 spam calls then let it come through.

1. Fix T- Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart T-: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the T- App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "T-" » Open T-Mobile Scam Shield » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for T- » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear T-Mobile Scam Shield app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from T- servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "T-Mobile Scam Shield" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check T- app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, T- might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall T-. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall T- then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing T- not working

2. Fix T- Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make T- be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to T- not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, T- may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
