1. So, we ask you to let the app run in background while you are in traffic, even if you don't get messages from other users, then, when somebody else will talk and eventually nobody answers, maybe you will signal your online presence.

1. Epic fail.Downloaded tried 3 different emials of mine,everytime said acoount alreqdy made with that email.. now how is that possible if just downloadedCould only pick up folks in far away states.

2. Installed it, jumped through the hoops of giving it my info, it installed fine but when I was in the app it was quiet in a 3000 km radius, has the world been swallowed by zombies.. there is no one within 3000 km of me ??? Damn no one will even read this.

3. I rate it at "0".Installed it and then went to use it... saw they wanted email and this and that information... ill stick to the real cb radio.

4. I deleted the app many times and tried the same email like other accounts would let me nope not this one I highly discourge this app.App needs to be updated.

5. Because they are all gone... The ap didn't deliver even a basic form of entertainment.. sorry 1/2 star.

6. Maybe ill have somebody make a real cb radio app for me.Java runtime errors when trying to talk.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CB On Issues

1. Fix CB On Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CB On: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CB On App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CB On" » Open CB On Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CB On » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CB On Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CB On servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CB On Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CB On app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CB On might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CB On. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CB On then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CB On not working


2. Fix CB On Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CB On be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CB On not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CB On may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
