1. The MaxMobile application, installed on an Android mobile phone, extends your enterprise desktop phone abilities, allowing you to access, configure, and perform most of your MAXCS PBX functions directly from the MaxMobile GUI.

2. Features include call forwarding, call transfers, extension monitoring, conferencing, contact lookup, and dialing.

3. You can call company extensions (both inside and remote extensions) just by dialing the extension number.

4. Use MaxMobile to present your office Caller ID instead of your cell phone number.

5. While MaxMobile is active, calls to your office extension will seamlessly route to your Android mobile phone.

The surprising part is it uses mobile voice minutes instead of data plan, voice quality is excellent, this allows me to continue a quality conversation without data usage and potential lack of quality on the celluar data network.Everything seemed to be working well until this week I'm not able to play back my voice mails.

2. I love it.HELP!!! After the "April 23rd 2020 update" my maX communicator app cannot connect! I am using a Samsung S10! This is unacceptable please fix ASAP as I cannot work without it!!I can see calls coming in on my computer queue but they will not come through my phone.

3. Everything else works on the screen.Great app to handle work calls and voicemail with your cell phone while out of the office or traveling.

4. The play bar turns red momentarily when I touch the play button but nothing else happens, it does not play the voice mail.

5. Then have to reinstall and try logging out again.the new 8.5.1 vers is much improved and is finally available on play store.This app doesn't not work most of the time.

6. Transfer calls to another person using Tranfer then enter Ext number.

7. My Galaxy S10e can recieve calls but to make outgoing calls, forget it.

8. Not a great application for current versions of the Samsung Galaxy Phones.

9. I am enjoying the freedom and flexibility of taking calls from anywhere.

10. There have been many updates with phones models since then.Downloaded and had our telephone support provision it.

1. Fix AltiGen Max Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AltiGen Max: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AltiGen Max App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AltiGen Max" » Open AltiGen MaxMobile Communicator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AltiGen Max » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AltiGen MaxMobile Communicator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AltiGen Max servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AltiGen MaxMobile Communicator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AltiGen Max app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AltiGen Max might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AltiGen Max. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AltiGen Max then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AltiGen Max not working

2. Fix AltiGen Max Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AltiGen Max be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AltiGen Max not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AltiGen Max may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
