1. I don't know why I would have expected this one to be any different than any other TMobile branded app.Your app is truly a pleasure to turn to when I can't find YouTube Music in my phone; it's almost as good as having the ideal musical user experience at your fingertips while being slightly better because of the well-placed and compelling content.

2. Even when I turn off the notifications from the phone settings, the links still show up.I love the service just wish they would do a plan thats a permanent not just a promo deal or certain age but a straight forward plan of $25.00 a month for anyone who wants to become a Tmobile customer.

3. Hope it is fixed by then.When I enter a sweepstake or play a game for a chance to win a giveaway, the app always indicates "oops, looks like you're already played, entered, or registered." What the heck, every Tuesday there is a different sweepstake or giveaway... I am sure I have neither entered, played, or registered for a sweepstakes or giveaway more than once.

4. I've been with TMobile since 2002, I use a TMobile locked Note 10+ running official software, I've force stopped it and cleared the app's data in device settings, uninstalled, reinstalled.

5. (Also I didn't remember I had this app, can you please make more fun magenta apps so I can think about Blues Clues on my phone when I feel like it :))Found this, pre installed, No sign in required, has an uninstall button.

6. Also you can set reminders and my favorite parts alarm clock mode to wake you up with a specific channel and sleep timer.I'd love to be able to use the app and check out some of its content, but I'm unable to even launch it at all.

7. They would see sales sky rocket as new customers leave their old carriers and join the best of the best with TmobileThis app downloads random games without permission.

8. Search returned "No Results" even when I copied the "Holiday Movies" search from the ad, or the title I was actually watching at the momentToo low volume output.

9. But I'm not Uninstalling it because it's free live TV on your phone Not a great selection of channels but there are a few gems.

10. Not bad, but quality of experience is dramatically hampered with such low audio output and can only rotate to landscape in a single direction.

11. It sends a notification that it downloaded something for me, but then I can't interact with the notification in any way like seeing why it was downloaded onto my phone.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix T- Issues

1. Fix T- Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart T-: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the T- App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "T-" » Open T-Mobile Play » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for T- » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear T-Mobile Play app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from T- servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "T-Mobile Play" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check T- app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, T- might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall T-. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall T- then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing T- not working


2. Fix T- Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make T- be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to T- not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, T- may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
