1. When songs finish, callers then hear 3-4 RINGS ALSO - before pick-up or V.M. - totally redundant & defeats purpose of Caller Tune?!PLEASE RECONSIDER This app is a great option to add individuality to your phone.

2. You can also change it to let your callers know your at work and unable to answer but it still rings on your end just in case you want to take the call anyway....Great app and amazing quality ring back tones.Audio quality on most of the selections are less than good quality.

3. I have all kinds of songs on Music Box 3 that I love and I used to be able to make them rotate, several at a time, as ringbacks and my callers loved it! When I had my Note 3, I was able to do so many things, and easily, that I've never been able to do since.

4. A complete failure of an app and service.🤷🏽 ♀️ use to pay 1 time the entire year for a song now, it's get 2 credited songs a month.

5. Now it's $5 a month? RIDICULOUS! So very disappointing! I will no longer be using this service-I already pay a ridiculous amount to Tmobile and this service should be free, just buy the songs.

6. I just received a good deal from another phone carrier about a month ago, which wasn't the 1st time to be offered a better plan with a different carrier.

7. Reconsider or offer another, this was a nice feature.Why can i no longer use caller tunes? This is one of the main features that has kept me a customer for close to 20 years.

8. Shame.I love it I have ring backs I want my caller to hear.

9. I have tried everything i can think of but nothing works! So sad because I LOVED this app when it was working!! You still get charged for the callertunes and can actually buy other ones, but they don't work.I've used this app for YEARS.

10. Callertunes is actually one of my reasons I've stayed with tmobile as long as I have(17 years and might have to change that due to all the changes you guys have done).This app is a joke!!!! There are NO oldies on it.

11. AND, it didn't cost $5 a month for only 2 songs! I'd gladly pay the money but only if it worked the way it used to and I could use my songs! COME ON Samsung/T-Mobile!!!Fun & different! But... 1.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix T- Issues

1. Fix T- Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart T-: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the T- App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "T-" » Open T-Mobile CallerTunes® » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for T- » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear T-Mobile CallerTunes® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from T- servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "T-Mobile CallerTunes®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check T- app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, T- might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall T-. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall T- then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing T- not working


2. Fix T- Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make T- be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to T- not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, T- may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
