Metro Customer Insights

1. Metro had to reprovision my phone on their end in order to fix the issue because just uninstalling the app did not work.False advertisment and a sham, soon as you install it and open it up it automatically starts wanting to charge you a 7 day free trial before you do anything.

2. The only issue is over the last month or so I've been having the issues of DOZENS of notifications for the same call which is a little annoying, but still nowhere near as bad as getting the calls themselves.

3. The app never stays on to block calls, so unless I block them thru my phone, it doesn't work.

4. THIS APP out of all others I've tried ACTUALLY WORKS!!! It scans all your received calls and you mark any of them that are spam and after a while the app picks up on which are spam and automatically blocks them.

5. The features For the caller ID when I turn them on state call customer care.On paper even with a basic membership it's a good app to have on Metro, but I cannot recommend it until bugs are worked out.

6. Guess what, if I don't recognize a number, I just don't answer... It ALREADY sends it to voicemail, NO APP NEEDED! This preinstalled app was activated without my knowledge previously and completely blocked calls that I needed to receive.

7. It looks like in app purchases rule, free stuff is seeing all your questionable calls in one place at one time.

8. I don't need this app because the past 2 phones I had has a do not disturb feature that blocks calls that's not in my contact list so why would I need an extra feature.

9. The only reason it's not a 5 star review is it blocks most of the calls it believes to be spam, but some still get through.

10. This one seems useful.Having a phone through MetroPCS I deal with A LOT of scam/sales calls.

11. Block calls completely, send to voicemail or favorite to make sure it gets through.
