1. T-Mobile DIGITS is an application that grants T-Mobile customers the power to leverage your phone number on all your devices, including your smartphone, tablet, laptop and desktop computers, plus wearable devices.
2. DIGITS also empowers T-Mobile customers to utilize up to five phone numbers on a single device so that you can receive calls from work, home, and more, all in one place.
1. Thinking of uninstalling and just configure a basic call forwarding to my work phone and using Google messages on my PC for sending/receive sms texts.
2. I just don't know I have a message... Not good for business Update .. the app doesn't list missed calls at all... If I answer a call it doesn't show in the calls log at all.
3. Sometimes the app doesn't work, calls dont ring, calls drop, etc.
4. When using the app for a phone call, the display stays on and omid your ear touches the screen, it hangs up on your customer.
5. Customers tell me that their call goes to voice mail most of the time even though I'm in good cell service and available for a call.
6. The app doesnt allow copy paste of a phone number and it's not easy to add a new contact.I've had this app for around two years, on different devices and loved it up until the last few months.
7. It was wonky in the past but now my main phone doesn't even ring and it goes straight to voice mail.
8. I'm bummed because it's potentially a perfect way to keep a work number on my personal cell phone.
9. I've been on the phone with the techs numerous times trying to resolve the issues w/o success.I can't even believe this is an official t-mobile app.
10. Call and texts are inconsistent, with very few coming thru in real time.
11. Bugs all over the place (the call log literally doesn't record every inbound call).
