1. I used to be able to look up numbers, now I just get "information unavailable" and worst of all, it BLOCKS ALL CALLS that aren't in address book, and doesn't allow me the option to see or unblock numbers that were blocked.

2. I wish there was a warnig that stated voice mail messages will be deleted.PrivacyStar was running well enough that I paid the $2.99 subscription when it came up after the trial month a few years ago.

4. I don't receive voicemail since download and your app has no way to cancel I open in app and it says open in app no choice except forward all calls .

5. If you had messages saved before updating the app "BE AWARE THAT THEY WILL ALL BE DELETED" I had several important messages with appointments and every voice message was deleted during the update.

7. Unfortunately a few days ago they completely changed something with it without telling me, and now it wants me to activate "conditional call forwarding" and agree to use their servers for voicemail.

9. Are y'all going to pay for my phone ?The latest app revision disables both voice mail and call forwarding.

1. Fix PrivacyStar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PrivacyStar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PrivacyStar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PrivacyStar" » Open PrivacyStar: SCAM protection » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PrivacyStar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PrivacyStar: SCAM protection app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PrivacyStar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PrivacyStar: SCAM protection" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PrivacyStar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PrivacyStar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PrivacyStar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PrivacyStar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PrivacyStar not working

2. Fix PrivacyStar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PrivacyStar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PrivacyStar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PrivacyStar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
