1. only worked the first time i tried to use it... i even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it to see if that would change anything, and it didn't work... while the general setup is quite confusing and intimidating, the main controls needed to operate where quite easy to figure out, but i still would not recomend.No instructions in any language.

2. I have a Motorola MotoZ play2 and ALL IT DID was kept asking me if all my Bluetooth speaker devices were turned on... Yes yes yes yes they are ( "were" in the past tense sense now ) THIS SUCKS !I didn't understand how it works.

1. Fix Bluetooth Multi Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bluetooth Multi Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bluetooth Multi Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bluetooth Multi Connect" » Open Bluetooth Multi Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bluetooth Multi Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bluetooth Multi Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bluetooth Multi Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bluetooth Multi Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bluetooth Multi Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bluetooth Multi Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bluetooth Multi Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bluetooth Multi Connect then reinstall.
