I've dropped the rating from 5 to 1 because the main reason I wanted a cell phone was for calls over wifi.Data never shows properly, that or I'm not getting the amount I pay for due to a problem with their systems? Either way, their customer service is terrible so I haven't been able to get an answer/fix from them (after multiple attempts).

2. Being able to place and receive VOIP calls to land line numbers and mobiles not on WhatsApp or some other service with 1 phone number for people like me who spend the majority of their time outside of cell coverage, usually by hundreds of kilometers.Easy to use app.

3. If they can't fixed the problems about something that u paid for, well they take it out without any agreements.i had to buy 4 service passes within 24 hours.. i use lucky mobile bcuz i enjoy there service but i shouldn't have to spend 20 dollars for less than 2hours worth of data.. Otherwise im happy enuf with the service... please if u could make some adjustments to the service pass options.. it would be greatly appreciated!Very disappointed in this mobile service.

4. Overall very satisfied!Lucky no longer offers calls over wifi, so I am back where I started with no reliable phone service.

5. I love how fast this was corrected.This cie does have great plan's prices but mine i(ncluded unlimited date at low speed) and i got told after everything was done that i cannot have that features.. 3 different person told me 3 differents reason why.. so dont be surprised.

6. *Edit to respond to whomever reads these* I tried to contact support, I was told in summary that I can't get anything back but I now have 50 dollars on my account so I don't have to pay for another month.

7. The wired phone service we used to have was unusable, so we dropped it.

8. Only drawback is there is no way I can find to print previous month's invoices.my account got suspended due to the fact that my visa debit was lost or stolen.

9. Cheap! This provider is all about "no fuss, no muss." Zero commitment or contract, easily reloadable on the app from a network of places (Top up from Walmart, 7-11, Circle K most gas stations, etc).

10. The website says it offers international calling but the US is not included and to find it you have to search and search.It will error you then charge you.

11. I do not recommend the app, or company...Okay service.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Lucky Issues

1. Fix Lucky Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Lucky: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Lucky App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lucky" » Open Lucky Mobile My Account » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lucky » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Lucky Mobile My Account app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lucky servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lucky Mobile My Account" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Lucky app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lucky might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Lucky. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lucky then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lucky not working


2. Fix Lucky Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lucky be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lucky not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lucky may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
