1. I want to know that when start free earn credit option and show ads? I suggest that resolved this problem quickly if you fail resolved this problem will be lost lot of usersI started using this bluee about two(2) months ago and the last time I topped up, I was having, 098.00 as calling unit then I topped up with ten(10) $ and now there's nothing left in my account and I didn't make any call since I topped up, even right now I can't even access the bluee app, please admin, if there is anything you can do to resolve this, good day, please I just wish to report this that I can't access my bluee account now and don't know whyI'm a old user of this app but this app became a joke.

2. I loss my 29.20$I have been using this App for years, call rate not too bad to the country I call but it is getting on my nerves lately because as soon I click on the App it automatically calls the last number I dialled and I can't stop it happening 😡.Useless when reflecting installed.

4. on 14/03/2019 Still can't make calls , the instructor said i dont have credits while my balance is $3.05. Can i use my credit to make calls.

1. Restart Bluee Calls & Top-Up: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bluee Calls & Top-Up App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bluee Calls & Top-Up" » Open Bluee Calls & Top-Up » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bluee Calls & Top-Up » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bluee Calls & Top-Up app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bluee Calls & Top-Up servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bluee Calls & Top-Up" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bluee Calls & Top-Up app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bluee Calls & Top-Up might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bluee Calls & Top-Up. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bluee Calls & Top-Up then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bluee Calls & Top-Up not working
