1. There should be an option to check when the message is delivered and when it is read by someone.(nice to have) This is really good chat app otherwise.Horrific. Super inconsistent, doesnt work with dual sims, only 20% of calls actually connect the rest get stuck at 'connecting'.

2. It does not.Well. So far it's kinda good, the major downside is that the call gets hung up whenever someone tried calling me on my mobile, on messenger, on skype or other apps.

3. It's a good app,but ring tone is not heard during a call so we don't get any sort of notifications which is most important in receiving a call ( no ring tone) that someone is calling.

4. Group chat is there on mobile but cannot make group call, I hope this will be fixed soon, it's pretty useless on using this app for group chat, I'd rather use messenger duh.

7. Unless you clear it out of recent Apps you may be doing something important but Hiu will come on top while you're using Google Maps to drive or using other Apps 2.

8. The main point of paying for this connection is to make a call not chat with them.

9. If you get a call from another App like Botim; instead of call waiting Hiu switches to Speaker ON so EVERY ONE can hear what you're talking about 3.

1. Fix HiU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HiU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HiU App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HiU" » Open HiU - Messenger » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HiU » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HiU - Messenger app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HiU servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HiU - Messenger" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HiU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HiU might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HiU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HiU then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HiU not working

2. Fix HiU Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HiU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HiU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HiU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
