1. It always gives an error message.Will give 5 stars when "images" section is added like on iPhone version...one of the best parts.Great siteOnly lets me view the new bb content, and not the old bb.

2. Liked the old version.Once I saw all of the unnecessary permissions MU requires one to agree to, I only installed the app in order to leave a rating and comment.

3. Having to log in every time to remember my schedule is very tedious.Great app! Make sure you add marshall university in your reddit!GreatHard to use.

4. It lets you view your schedule and other things related to the college.

5. Why all of the permissions, MU?Its cool because its my name in real lifeBlackboard mail feature doesn't work.

6. This app only provides information, so it shouldn't need many, if any special permissions.

1. Fix MU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MU App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MU" » Open MUMobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MU » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MUMobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MU servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MUMobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MU might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MU then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MU not working

2. Fix MU Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
