Why should I report an Issue with TradeUP: Trade, Invest & Save?

2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of TradeUP Inc.(US) to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It seems like you have to choose a traditional broker who gives you useful data in a date interface or a newer one with a nice UI but theres literally nothing for analysis.

2. A pie chart or graph of some kind would be super useful here.Almost everyone now does 0 commission trading so that on its own while nice is not really a strong reason to choose one broker over another.

3. This broker is 0 commission with a well design interface and has access to financial statements with indicators on charts.

4. Being able to trade on my computer is so important to me that I wouldn’t consider a broker if they didn’t support it.

5. Don't waste your TIME and MONEY!The iPhone app is solid but my favorite feature is the desktop or i guess web support.

6. The only annoying part I discovered so far is their chart cannot go landscape, little bit hard for me to read especially when I add indicators to the charts.

7. When attempting to get tech assistance w it they said, yea it appears to be gone and couldn't helpThe app has a fair amount of useless information and misses some desirable information.

8. The customizable charts and indicators are great for analysis and its really easy to adjust the charts.

9. TradeUp, aka Tiger Trade, advertised that I would be able to trade OTC stocks on their platform.

10. Tradeup implements it really well with real time information, and a really nice interface.

11. Placing an order is really straightforward and executes quickly.After last update the alert feature is gone.

1. Fix TradeUP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TradeUP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TradeUP App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TradeUP" » Open TradeUP: Trade, Invest & Save » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TradeUP » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TradeUP: Trade, Invest & Save app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TradeUP servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TradeUP: Trade, Invest & Save" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TradeUP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TradeUP might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TradeUP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TradeUP then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TradeUP not working

2. Fix TradeUP Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TradeUP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TradeUP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TradeUP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
