1. App is good only to check your current profit/loss and terminate trades...Overall not a bad app..one major problem is that unlike almost all other forex apps, this one will not let a limit for a pending order become an associated order once the pending order becomes an active position.

2. Cannot modify stop losses from chart - have to go to edit position itself (and remember exact price where I want to put my stop loss), and then it returns me back to all positions screen.

3. Much better now with new interface for stops and limits I am giving 5 stars now.Randomly decides to delete my stop losses and limits on orders even though I've triple checked they're set.

1. Fix FOREX.com Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FOREX.com: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FOREX.com App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FOREX.com" » Open FOREX.com: Trade Forex, Gold a » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FOREX.com » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FOREX.com: Trade Forex, Gold a app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FOREX.com servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FOREX.com: Trade Forex, Gold a" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FOREX.com app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FOREX.com might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FOREX.com. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FOREX.com then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FOREX.com not working

2. Fix FOREX.com Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FOREX.com be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FOREX.com not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FOREX.com may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
