1. The ability to specify to pay the balance when making payments has been a particularly useful qol improvement for me, as it means I can quickly pay my FCU credit card without having to manually enter the balance.Pretty sure bank just took 40 dollars from me their reason is that there was a cash back error and resolved it by taking the money back and giving the correct amount even though I never got a 40 dollars cash back reward in done with this bankIve had this app for years and have necer had an issue with it until now.

2. I press OPEN and the app says I need to Update! I uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, wiped my cache partition, reinstalled the app, and the same thing happens! UPDATE: WORKING AGAIN! I had a 2nd copy of the app installed in a Secure Folder.

3. Hopefully this is fixed soonVery user friendly!Only button option is to update now; no update available on play store.

4. This aint cute.Stuck between Update Now and Open! When I try to open the app, it says it needs to update.

5. I press Update and Google Play opens and all I see is OPEN.

6. When you can log in the user interface is not ideal and the app is missing many features that modern banks currently use.While updates in the last have had their issues, the app in its current form operates smoothly and conveniently.

7. I got my paycheck and im putting money into my bank account however the amount im spending wasnt being taken away.

8. Shutting down account access on your website and forcing your clients to use a horrible app to do any online banking is absurd.

9. I ensured I have a solid WiFi / cellular connection and my account and password info is correct.

10. Half the time it crashes on startup or just freezes at login (as it is currently doing today).

11. I truly hope we don't have to type that every single time like we do when we login on the browser.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix 360FCU Issues

1. Fix 360FCU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart 360FCU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the 360FCU App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "360FCU" » Open 360FCU – Web24 Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 360FCU » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear 360FCU – Web24 Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 360FCU servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "360FCU – Web24 Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check 360FCU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 360FCU might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall 360FCU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 360FCU then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 360FCU not working


2. Fix 360FCU Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 360FCU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 360FCU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 360FCU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
