1. Also when I deposit money it takes 2 to 3 days to post as available but they are able to remove money instantly for a payment.Excellent. Other than a couple of log-in issues in the space of all the years I've used this app, the experience had been wonderful.

First, the check photos cannot be seen as easily, nor as quickly, as previously; you have to dig into a menu to get to them and they are slow to appear Second, and most important, the mobile check deposit function doesn´t work! The focus keeps stating ¨move closer"until 90% of the check is off the display! Even then, it says ¨move closer." This renders mobile check depositing impossible.
3. I've been with webster for YEARS, and there really hasn't been any improvement like other bank's mobile apps I've seen.
4. I've been able to keep tabs on my account transfer between accounts, deposit checks, set up auto transfers... just wondering when it will become more up to date w the demands of a growing tech world.
5. I gutta go to the website for most stuff anyhow, so what's really the point of the app? I mean, why wouldn't you include these features in your app? If they are, they certainly are not easy to find!Worst bank app ever.
6. With Webster now charging $11.50/ month for "free checking" and an app that is unusable, I am definitely shopping around for other banking options.
7. The "deposit check" feature crashes at least 50% of the time when I'm trying to use it (which is virtually every day).
8. Unless they get the app working again, I will definitely be switching to another bank.It's been very buggy, especially since the last update.
9. It's difficult to find what you are looking for and I actually have to keep notes to find the location of certain options in order to complete tasks from month to month.

11. I also use the Wells Fargo app, and have never had an issue with the "deposit check" feature.
