1. Sometimes my indicators doesn't show up on the screen, at least for the phone version when I'm on the go but the computer tends to be good on everything.The app has a lot of useless information, makes finding other information (like whether there is any margin balance or what that amount is) difficult to find, and misses other desired information.

2. For example, in the watchlist tab they greatly reduced the font size of the ticker, price and price change, yet the list takes up more space on the screen because there's now big gaps in between each stock on the list.

3. Even the font adjustment no longer works all is displayed at the smallest font size with more blank space on the screen than the the data.

4. The font is too large for the charts ... Causing the secondary indicator to not show no matter how you adjust the chart size.

5. For instance it lags, doesn't load my charts and indicators in a timely manner, I can never use market order to enter a trade.

6. Why do I want to physical talk to my broker app? Focus on making things usable before stuffing every feature known to man into your productThe April 2023 ruined what was a perfect app.

7. Just awful and no way to go back to what in my opinion was the perfect trading app.Webull has the potential to be the best but I have encounter problems way too many times trying to enter trades.

8. Someone more experienced might want to stick with the tried and true older investing platforms.The new update is absolute trash, and there's nothin that can be done to revert anything back to how it was.

9. I don't need a 1/4 of my screen showing the stock price.There is so much going on in the app.

10. Am I supposed to guess what the values are in between and then press on screen to see value by cursor? This is grade school graphing 101 problem.

11. Not to mention the random popups that will full screen appear while I'm trying to figure out how to navigate the app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Webull Issues

1. Fix Webull Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Webull: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Webull App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Webull" » Open Webull: Investing & Trading » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Webull » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Webull: Investing & Trading app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Webull servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Webull: Investing & Trading" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Webull app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Webull might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Webull. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Webull then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Webull not working


2. Fix Webull Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Webull be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Webull not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Webull may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
