After an hour and a half of my life wasted and 3 separate agents making me go through the same process, the last one told me everything was all set, and then at the end of the call Lidl said the activation process for my sim card failed, my data will be deleted, and I have to start the activation process all over again.
2. Maybe they're paid by the number of calls "served" this way? (To be fair, after another long wait, the second agent was more helpful, so 3 stars.)This app is garbage!! First, they only speak German even though they claim to speak other languages but that is the least of their problems.
3. I managed to find a normal person that would talk to me like a human but we couldn't finish because we took to long (3 min or something) and the system wouldn't accept my tan! I ended calling again they hanged up! So never again! Humiliating!!!!could not understand what the (bored and non-friendly) workers want from me.
