Member One FCU Customer Insights

1. Give me back the older version of the app!Only problem I have is depositing checks on this app seems there is always a problem and requires a 25 mile trip to the branch officeSometimes it won't allow me to log-in even after I have double checked that my password is typed in correctlt.I've been using this app for many, many months, using a fingerprint scanner to log into my account.

2. Please show that phrase we are supposed to write on the back of the check ("for mobile deposit only...") somewhere on the mobile deposit screen before we take the back picture.

3. Then while I write the phrase it fusses that it can't find the check for the picture and stops trying.

4. (I've lost the number linked to the account) so theyve basically just made this app useless for me.Wonderful app! It has been a real helpful tool in keeping my accounts straight.

5. Now, it's taken the fingerprint scanner login option away completely, and I have no way of accessing my account now.

6. It must be at 100% volume.I have incurred over a $150 in fees because for some reason I am required to pay my business taxes through the MemberOne site.

7. It's also very cluttered, you have to dig through menus to find what you're looking for, doesn't become a problem until you need to find something in a hurry.

8. Also not a fan of mobile deposit anymore after changing the picture taking method.

9. I can never remember the words so I have to click the button to take the back picture just to see the phrase.

10. The app can be very slow at times, helps to have the quick view enabled with fingerprint enabled.

11. Now it takes FOREVER to load when logging in and take away the fingerprint option randomly.
