1. Oh wait.....I love being able to make mobile deposits, and they have improved the functionality of taking photos of the check, which was needed.
2. Prior Review: Since the latest update, the app has caused my access to my account to be locked which means the password has to be changed after every use of the app.1) When the app times out, it gives a full-page interruption of the activity I'm doing on other apps and web pages.
3. 3) the revamp of mobile deposit takes photos too fast, before the user can have the check positioned properly or even get their hand out of the way.
4. I shouldn't have to drive to the bank to do a quick deposit when it was supposed to be convenient with mobile deposits.
5. A little frustrating.It makes doing a mobile deposit easy and convenient, when it is working, but the app is constantly down.
6. It will say the mobile banking app is temporarily unavailable, which I have found to mean it is time to uninstall to get it to work again.
7. It is very convenient to use the app to check balances and even make check deposits and money transfers.
8. There still seems to be some missing prompts, in that on my Android phone, when I enter the deposit amount, there is no prompt to return to the next screen.
9. July 28, 2019 - I've had issues the last 2 days, trying to complete a mobile deposit.
10. It seems like every day that I try to log on to review my balance or check something, the app is unavailable.
11. I missed a few deadlines for deposits when this happened, so have learned the hard way to immediately reinstall the app when the unavailable message appears.
