1. Seems to occur anytime I change my password, somehow this breaks the app functionality and I have to reinstall AGAIN.When I first downloaded the app, I never had an issue depositing checks via the app, now, it continues to tell me to hold steady and to make sure there's nothing in the background to take the picture, I typically take the picture on a black desk with nothing near the picture, and it still states there's an issue.
2. I love everything about this app - the biometric access, quick balance check, transfers, mobile deposit is fast, and so very easy.
3. If you are a Santander account holder; you will definitely be glad to have this app! 👍Quick balance doesn't work, tells me I need to re-enable the setting.
4. My only complaint is that everytime I go to do a quick balance check, I get a message that says I need to set it up.
5. All of these features makes banking fantastically easy, and stress-free.I feel it's a fairly good app for doing transactions you would do through a normal bank location such as deposits.
6. The ability to check the quick balance is not user friendly.
7. You must close out of fingerprint login-->click on icon at the top to see balance and then click on quick balance.
8. There are also plenty of reoccurring problems with the quick balance feature.
9. Wish the app would work.The app is pretty good, but unfortunately the transactions, the posting dates... not always agree with what you see on Santander Online Banking.
10. Also, I like that you show balance changes per each debit/credit transaction.The app is always fast, always accurate, and always easy to navigate.
11. So I log in and turn on quick balance.
