1. This is a bad app which should be replaced by Google Pay.Very useful, but way too often credit card payments stop working, and I have to reinstall the app.Every week need to reinstall it for it to work.
2. I've tried in several places and even called to solve this and it was never solved...App stopped working... Resintall it, they said.. Now asking for a code or pin that does not match what I had... And no options to reset it.
3. When opening the app and using digit to unlock it the app shuts down....I dont understand why Santander does not just allow its card to be used with google pay.
4. Every couple of weeks I have to uninstall and re-install it again.Finally you can use mobile payment with banc accounts, the app lacks functionalities and the main menu has tabs which imho should be in placed somewhere else.
5. 2FA should be a must in contactless operation# which is not the case, shows that the bank is careless about you being scammed, rip off or someone else stealing your credentials and being able to withdraw, pay etc.
6. Card nfc payment is actived with green bars, but it doesn't respond.I have got high end android new phone.
7. It includes Bizum inside this app and it allows me to track all of my expenses every month.Why not just have Google pay? The app can't be trusted to work & has often refused to let me pay.
8. It is impossible to pay, it always throws an error and I have to pull out my physical debit card to pay.
9. Plus some stores just break it and also need to reinstall.It's impossible to pay with this app.
10. I called the helpline 3 times, reinstall the app 3 times, still i am unable to use it in supermarkets.
11. Shame how this simple issues not fixed by santanderI personally find the app to be very useful.
