1. Also, It frequently does not recognize the check amount accurately when the characters are actually quite clear on that check even though the picture is crisp and in that case, not blurry.work the first time installed, now the location setting error keep poppingup.
2. Trying to do a mobile deposit, keep promping me to set my location on, check my phone setting, check the app setting everything is on, turn of my phone and log back in, same thing happen, please fix this, cuz I'm getting hit with overdraft fees during C-19 period.
3. Thank you.I just called Santandar, for those who say the location is on but still is unable to deposit checks due to location not being on, please check your battery settings.
4. Still having the same issues where it randomly closes, specially when trying to deposit a check.
5. Check depositing makes no sense when taking pictures as it asks for too many steps, when it could be automatic (and it was before the update).
6. No position is ever good for it, and lately it keeps coming back saying the check isn't signed on the back.
7. Sometimes it says my location settings aren't enabled, however this is not the case, I already have that enabled for this app so it is an internal error.
8. What's the point of having an app if it doesn't do what you need from it and have to go to the branch anyway? Very disappointed in Santander's services - and this is their business accounts app...Horrible. I used to rely on this Business app because the consumer app constantly crashes.

10. Battery settings can not be on energy saving mode, it needs to be on full use, once that's done refresh the app.
11. If fraud is happening with cash apps, they send amounts under 1.00.The worst app i've used in a very long time.
