As for the app it has been smooth to use ,just saddened by the fact that my phone is behind and doesn't have to capacity to used contact less cardsApp is not working, once i click on app to open, it pop ups notification to download updated version but unfortunately they have no any updated version.. And can't by pass notification and unable to log inThe app's notifications come in delayed - meaning transaction notifications come after 15min - 1hr, wrong login attempts can come even after 10hr.
2. This is one of the most important features in a banking app - other banks don't have this problemWhy is the Santander Mobile App PL not on Huawei AppGallery, that's the annoying thing and sometimes the bank sends you emails in Polish even though you are an English user.
3. If yes is selected I get transferred to play store in the Santander app but I already have the latest version so only options are uninstall or open (of course upon opening it, it crashes again...). If no is selected the app just closes.
4. Why there's no option getting notifications everytime someone is transferring money to me? How should I know if I received the salary or not?Online and physical Bank experience has been phenomenal .
