All I wanted to to is block some websites (lyft for one) to stop their annoying ads from popping up constantly..Android can't get virus but can malware and this app is top dog its free and no ads and doesn't slow u down i comepared to look out witch didnt see anything but sophos gave me a bad app warningI like the app but it cannot be setup on an managed device and i wish google play services wouldnt do this to my school account if i dont fix it m gonna get in biv troubleSignificant difficulty with Android 9.

Had a scare months ago pretty serious malware/wifi stuff (its why I found you) but, had hoped as from what I see in knox no administrative work/personal profile can be set up if one exist.that id be able to just be my own company manager and everything 🤷🏻 ♂️ but guess you can't give everyone everything free.whats going on i open app and qst thing it does is ask for some code then it wants me to register with a ULR or company something-or-other.

3. Great appIm unable to uninstall the app due to the fact that I am unable to remove the administrator permission!!! Why is this and what do I need to do in order remove this application from my device??? I will never ever use any Sophos application going forward and I won't recommend it to anyone either!5 stars because you haven't failed me yet.

1. Fix Sophos Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sophos: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sophos App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sophos" » Open Sophos Mobile Control » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sophos » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sophos Mobile Control app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sophos servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sophos Mobile Control" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sophos app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sophos might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sophos. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sophos then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sophos not working

2. Fix Sophos Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sophos be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sophos not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sophos may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
