1. Absolutely pointless and lacks the necessary details and info on your caseNeed to try multiple times to log in, then the app takes forever loading pages to be able to file a claim sometimes forcing me to stop and restart the app and repeat the cycle of multiple log in attempts.

2. Tried for three days to file a claim before finally calling the support center.App doesn't work when I go to log in all it does and sit there with a loading screen never actually get to use the app.

3. No ability to digitally fill out masses of documents.. have to pay to print them scan back in to upload.

4. I get a resource not found error when I attempt password reset because it won't recognize my old password even though it's correct because I've it auto filled.

5. Been trying to access my account but haven't been able to for a week now.

6. Also tried to just take pics of the documents click done and app crashed.

7. No ability to digitally sign documents and any capacity.

8. Please fix these bugs with your app.Total garbage!!! Won't let me upload documents.

9. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO USE IT FOR 6 WEEKS AND NEVER LOGS INThis app and site suck.

10. Tried to upload without seeing the image and app crashed.

11. I try to log in and get a please wait loading screen that loads to nowhere almost everytime.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Matrix eServices Issues

1. Fix Matrix eServices Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Matrix eServices: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Matrix eServices App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Matrix eServices" » Open Matrix eServices Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Matrix eServices » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Matrix eServices Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Matrix eServices servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Matrix eServices Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Matrix eServices app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Matrix eServices might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Matrix eServices. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Matrix eServices then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Matrix eServices not working


2. Fix Matrix eServices Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Matrix eServices be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Matrix eServices not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Matrix eServices may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
