So, I guess those above are just the Android version bugs.add auto settings to prevents streams from disconnecting in low signal areas or low speed issues, and also lowering the stream to audio only with a black screen so the stream will never disconnect, and there is many non tech beginners trying it so make it the default only setting available smart automatic settings.Simple. Slick.

2. Somehow works... But! The main button doesn't work, I have to start/stop streaming by pushing the button on the unit.

3. LiveU300 HEVC, Sony Xperia XZ Premium, Android 9 P.S. A friend of mine has the same unit and an IPhone and everything works fine there.

1. Fix LiveU Control Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LiveU Control: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LiveU Control App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LiveU Control" » Open LiveU Control » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LiveU Control » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LiveU Control app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LiveU Control servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LiveU Control" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LiveU Control app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LiveU Control might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LiveU Control. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LiveU Control then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LiveU Control not working

2. Fix LiveU Control Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LiveU Control be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LiveU Control not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LiveU Control may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
