1. Please spend some time on this because the concept is helpful, but ace appears to not have had taken any care to implement the programThe track my truck feature was the reason I down loaded the app unfortunately it does not work.

2. Especially if the item is already loaded, you switch to a different app and then return you have to wait for it to load again.Just wanted to chime in with the other reviews that we're being critical.

3. Tried to type in SKUs and only got two numbers in before it decides it doesn't want to work anymore.

4. Happens on my personal phone as well as our Zebra scanners.Edit: 10/27/22 - The app doesn't start most of the time I need it.

5. Tech support had our warehouse fixed for a week or two but now it doesn't work anymore.

6. Prior to a couple few months ago it seemed to work just fine.Absolutely terrible user interface.

7. I don't get crashing anymore and for the first 10-20 minutes it runs great, but then the app slows down to a crawl.

8. It does take a while to load once your select a product to review, which very frustrating.

9. Takes almost a whole minute to load one item sometimes.

10. Killing and reopening the app fixes it but only at 10-20 minutes at a time then I have to restart it again.

11. Also really enjoying the spinning circle and darkened screen after the item is pulled up and ready to look at.

1. Fix Ace Retailer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Ace Retailer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Ace Retailer App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ace Retailer" » Open Ace Retailer Mobile Assistant » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ace Retailer » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Ace Retailer Mobile Assistant app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ace Retailer servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ace Retailer Mobile Assistant" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Ace Retailer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ace Retailer might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Ace Retailer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ace Retailer then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ace Retailer not working


2. Fix Ace Retailer Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ace Retailer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ace Retailer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ace Retailer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
