1. I was wondering the problem is down to the incompatibility of the app with my current systemI am not able to update the application... When I open the application it shows update is available when I click install it took me here on Google play store... Can't update kindly help... How to install the updates....This Application is not good and not perfect for supplier at all, it needs alot of work.

2. The speed of app is too slow, and it keeps putting logout also i am not able to search my customer anymore and it doesn't show the name of customers just show their IDs which is not workable at all when we search our clients.

Please do the needful as its making frustrated.One thing is a big problem should add refresh button or slide with fresh on market page while out of the house or far from the laptop to visit the market!This app always log out and doesnt stay log in to give me notification of messages or enquiries.

4. Please work on your Mobile App.Everytime when I open app asks for update .how to address this issueI am not happy with this app.

5. Then it keep asking to install new update but even after so many times installing, it doesn't progress and keep asking to update again.

6. It doesn't show any nameof my clients.

7. Every time I attempt to run the app, it crushes and doesn't open at all.

8. Need to open and close again and again to check for new messages.

9. It doesn't work properly.

10. Please note these issue.I have been struggling to launch the app for 2 months already.

1. Fix AliSuppliers Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AliSuppliers: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AliSuppliers App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AliSuppliers" » Open AliSuppliers Mobile App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AliSuppliers » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AliSuppliers Mobile App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AliSuppliers servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AliSuppliers Mobile App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AliSuppliers app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AliSuppliers might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AliSuppliers. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AliSuppliers then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AliSuppliers not working

2. Fix AliSuppliers Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AliSuppliers be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AliSuppliers not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AliSuppliers may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
