1. This means I've had to get around this by doing block bookings on one day and it doesn't show the actual events on correct days because it would be so time consuming to enter over 100 entries a week! Even so it still means every week everything has to be added again.uninstalled... No dark theme, it's so bright and irritating to the eyes to stare at more than a minute or two I can't use the program.... Under seems the only thing you change is a little strip of color at the top... you need to have a dark theme for those of us that can't stare into the bright lightsThe app is excellent, i am using it as a ledger.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Payment Book Issues

1. Fix Payment Book Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Payment Book: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Payment Book App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Payment Book" » Open Payment Book » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Payment Book » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Payment Book app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Payment Book servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Payment Book" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Payment Book app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Payment Book might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Payment Book. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Payment Book then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Payment Book not working


2. Fix Payment Book Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Payment Book be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Payment Book not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Payment Book may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
