The iOS version works fine from my iPad, but the Android version right now is unusable.so I was going to see if there was just an issue with my accout on here but in the comments it seems everyone is having issues with the "fetching company data" and every time theres a reply its "were so sorry for the trouble please send user I'd to some place.

2. I only subscribed because of the convenience of using the app and that's not working! I emailed support last week and haven't heard anything back! Very unprofessional and awfully bad customer service!App works well and love that it was finally changed where I can create the invoice and email it from the same screen.

3. Rather unusable.Can't access the app after payung the subscription! I keep getting the "it looks like you're not authorized to access payroll" and redirect me to the website, which works fine.

4. When I log in, it gives me a pop-up of fetching your company data and and a few seconds after it takes me to a new page which seems to be a the logged in page with a new pop-up which says your session is no longer active.

5. The efficiency, and relief that it's taken care of, is so worth it!I keep getting the same error on my phone that my session has ended.

6. It literally takes me 1 minute per person to check their time cards (I use another app for that), and then less than 1 minute more to enter the hours and run payroll.

7. Logging in takes multiple tries, always, and today the app was crashing and corrupt, uninstalling and reinstalling took quite a bit of work, restarting phone, uninstall, restart, install etc etc.

8. Please help! I keep getting an error message that my session has ended.

9. This is extremely inconvenient and has not happened until now.Update (7/15/20): App runs so much better, hasn't crashed on me, and running payroll takes less than two minutes.
