1. Totally unjustified and pathetic.It's very pathetic, they show 1 percent cashback on credit card payments but when I actually pay, it say this offer is not for you 😂 The cherry on top is, when you pay a bill, it stays pending and you keep getting reminders inside the app and on whatsapp to pay the bill that you have paid using this same damn app.

2. And It's unclear if the dues are settledTerrible experience! Wish I could rate negative stars They charged me INR 99 for a transaction for which I didn't even get any cashback and now they have added interest to that amount and showed a default of around 6k-7k .

3. First my credit card bill payments were delayed and the cashback fraud is well know.

They have calling support but the contact number isn't shared in any of their website or app and this calling service is also worst because they just say to email for resolution so it's better not to use or create an account.My this month's loan emi was not auto debited from my account even when I had sufficient balance in it on the due date and it's also not showing the option to pay manually from the app.

5. I have tried talking soo many times dropped mails and msgs to the team and still no revert they keep adding up interest rate and increase my default amount which will reflect to my credit score.

6. Also, it sends multiple reminders to complete the credit card bill payments that were already made that too on mobikwik itself.

7. I had a credit card bill, so I decided to load the wallet, since there was an offer.

8. To make matters worse, I had to pay a fee to use the money in my wallet to pay off the credit card dues.

9. It never syncs the credit card statements sent to mail on time.

10. The customer support is also not easily reachable and cumbersome to work with .They also don't believe in satisfactory response and close tickets as per their convenience without proper resolutions.Worst app ever.

11. I've given full access to text and email and the app doesn't fetch the bill ever no matter what you do even though the statement has been generated and sent to mail I'd.

    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BHIM UPI, Money Transfer, Recharge & Bill Payment" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check BHIM UPI, Money Transfer, Recharge & Bill Payment app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BHIM UPI, Money Transfer, Recharge & Bill Payment might not work.
