About MicroPayments GS

1. The MicroPayments GS Payment App allows a user to pay for their laundry, directly from their smart phone, at participating laundry locations.

2. Users can track and manage their laundry account balance, start washers and dryers, It is fast, easy, and convenient.

MicroPayments GS Customer Insights

1. You must use gps, bluetooth and a network connection to do your laundry which is not only clunky, but somehow still results in an inconsistent connection and ability to "find" the machines you're using.

2. I'm always having the hardest time trying to start the machines in the building from the app and we have an excellent wi-fi connection.

3. Admittedly, the app IS somewhat convenient once the funds are loaded, though it loses the Bluetooth connection once you leave the laundry room, so monitoring the machines is out.

4. It requires a minimum deposit of $10 (much higher than the average load of laundry or any other 'micropayment'), and doesn't give you a notification when the payment was successfully added, so i added it twice.

5. After multiple scans it managed to pick up the machines I was standing right next to, but will not let me add any of my cards in order to pay, rendering it a waste of storage space on my phone.

6. It takes forever for a wash or dry cycle to start, half the time it either hangs up "thinking" or it crashes altogether, sometimes it crashes just trying to add money to it.

7. One is totally unable to access the service from a desktop/laptop in order to add/check funds or to monitor the machines.

8. I'm giving it two stars because it *does* work...sometimes.It hardly ever connects or even shows the available machines in the building.

9. Even when it works, it takes minimum a couple minutes just to pay to do a load of laundry.

10. The worst thing is, their phone support number is broken! Press 5 and you just get sent to a full voicemail that hangs up on you.This app doea not work.

11. I would actually prefer the more cheap looking interface if it means less wait time for the app to respond.Horribly slow and buggy.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MicroPayments GS Issues

1. Fix MicroPayments GS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MicroPayments GS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MicroPayments GS App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MicroPayments GS" » Open MicroPayments GS » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MicroPayments GS » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MicroPayments GS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MicroPayments GS servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MicroPayments GS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MicroPayments GS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MicroPayments GS might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MicroPayments GS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MicroPayments GS then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MicroPayments GS not working


2. Fix MicroPayments GS Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MicroPayments GS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MicroPayments GS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MicroPayments GS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • URGENT! The app won't let me add money to my account. A pop-up box comes up showing Error code N/A Unknown. profile. I've never had this problem before. Will you fix this asap. I need to do laundry and I'm a senior with a crippling illness who can't carry my clothes to a laundromat.

    And since couple of months ago the washing machine HGN-154 was keep charging me twice for one wash it is because of the first wash need extras wash to come complete dry so because of this I guess I lost more than 35 dollars. Can you please revise it the issue.

  • The app quit working and I lost my account. I ask for a tech to contact me and no one did.I have either 8 or 28 dollars on that account. I could not recover it, so I started another account and the same thing happened. Now I am out the money on both accounts. This app sucks! It never works.

  • I live in the APT building the address is
    1155 Wellesley Ave # 301 LA CA 90049
    I already have an account and have still credit for $24.75
    However we had so much problem with the app and the management changed the app !! so I can no longer use my credit with the machines.
    please give me credit back to my account. I already called couple of times and left a message ,but no resound!!

  • ONCE AGAIN, I can't do my laundry because the app isn't working. It doesn't even work 30% of the time. I now have to go to work, in smelly unwashed clothes and I have HAD IT. Quarters are IMPOSSIBLE to get right now. There's a coin shortage. Can you PLEASE PLEASE fix this BS, so we can live our damned lives???

  • I just found out online that I can't reach you until Monday. It's now 2:30am Saturday 6/25 and I have 2 loads of wet clothes in the machines. When I tried to turn on a dryer the app said that it can't access my account. I've had an account for a long time. I can't sign in. If I knew that this would happen then I wouldn't have washed my clothes. My phone number is 734-680-0451 and my email address is debhbumford@redacted.   • Whoever developed this app shouldn’t develop apps anymore; this service is useless and judging by the amount of complaints, it should honestly be shut down.

    I’ve been attempting to do laundry via this app for almost a week with no luck finding any machines (that I’m standing right in front of), my card was charged twice and I have yet to here back from any sort of customer support despite the 3 requests I’ve put in. Maybe this will do the trick.

    I want my money and the information I’ve provided to this company back. I’ll stick to quarters.

  • App isn’t working. Tried to log in and it won’t work. Why doesn’t this app use Face ID? The app kicks me out and when I do not remember my password I try to change it and the app isn’t working so I couldn’t do laundry.

  • Im currently at the Trinity Place in Philadelphia in my apt. I was just using the app to wash my clothes about half an hour ago. I go to dry my clothes and the app won't let me get pass to the screen where it shows the laundry machines- so I had thought my password needed to be changed. And I changed my password but cannot seem to login. It's asking me to connect to a host. My wifi is connected and won't let me finish my laundry
