1. Was never the best app in looks OR controls, but at least I could navigate it (although it's clunky) but recently, with the new Google update on my phone, I can't use the "Confirm" and "Add client" buttons because they're along the bottom of the screen, underneath where my phone display has the "back" and "home" keys.

2. Can not book appointments, look at client files or even hit the next day / today buttons at the bottom to check or refresh days because is forces full screen and overlaps where the Android buttons/icons are.

3. I cannot book appointments, or special breaks, or change appointments because all the navigating tools are underneath my phone's navigating tools at the bottom of my screen.

4. This is so annoying when you're trying to find a time slot that suits a client's criteria, especially when you know you can look at a whole week from the computer program.

5. The lack of being able to view your weekly schedule, book "special breaks", inability to use when not in wifi and consistently crashing.I think the app is great .

6. The buttons are under my phone's existing function buttons, so instead of booking a client the app just closes.

7. The app crashes almost every time I try to load it, or loads to December 1, 1899 and THEN crashes.Phone app only lets you view one day at a time.

8. Also your client notes don't show up when u click on your client for the day so u have to boot out the ppl on the front desk to find what you need.Not useable on Android 10.

9. So now it's completely useless to me until that crucial bug is fixedIt seems to work great on iPhones, but is poorly configured for my Google Pixel 3.

10. My biggest problem with it you can't open your schedule up on your day at the beginning or end on your phone which at times it does cause problems.

11. The app doesn't rotate to landscape mode, and I can only see one day of my schedule at a time.The worst app in the history of apps.
