1. you sure this is a production version of the product? it's less functional than before updated comment: the "run query" function does not work on my samsung s8 when language is set to English (US).

2. once I change it to English (UK) or some other languages, the query runs when I hit the enter key.The app is crashing when I try to login.

3. the latest update the execute query button no longer exist, the window that pops up when typing query take so much space and keep coming back even when I closed it.

4. This works on my Huawei P9 but not my Samsung Note 9.Shows a subset of what the main app does, but does it pretty well.

5. If you just need your dashboards then this is the app for you.not able to even login and the error is also not so helpful.

6. heaven help me if i ever want to edit a query in-app as well.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Insights Issues

1. Fix Insights Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Insights: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Insights App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Insights" » Open Insights » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Insights » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Insights app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Insights servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Insights" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Insights app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Insights might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Insights. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Insights then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Insights not working


2. Fix Insights Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Insights be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Insights not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Insights may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
