1. still nothing..... what can happen to get this app to work?????????Brutally painful software & daysmart techs act like they have no clue there is any issues- for over $300/mo cdn the software shouldn't be so slow & shouldn't freeze when trying to respond to a customer - this software is actual stressfulNever works on my phone I can't search the clients list I can't search the pets list.... absolutely useless only desktop version works .Best software on the market, price is a RIP OFF.
2. Clients don't get reminder texts and sometimes it's hours before they get appt scheduled text.i downloaded this app on my chromebook and it wont even open, it keeps telling me that there is an issue with it and i need this app to manage my business.
3. I'm done, moving to a different scheduling system, the market wasn't saturated with scheduling programs when I began, now it is... bye felicia.The swiping to get to the next and previous days in a recent update makes this app close to unusable for me.
4. I manually type dates for the notes I add so I can see the history of what my clients request.Where do I start? It deletes ALL YOUR CLIENT NOTES AT RANDOM.
5. It seems that after updates or additions of people to the software, is when permission needs to be given to access aspects of the app.Wow where do I begin.
6. I wish it would let you add multiple notes and organize them by the dates you enter them so you can see what date a note was added instead of it being one long screen for notes.
7. You have to look in 3 or 4 different sections for client info, pricing, notes etc.
8. There is a place for photos and notes and medical info.It's so glitchy.
9. Called last week to sell their update, $900! Over 1K after taxes! Offered me $30/month sub, I don't want that, it's a waste of money.
10. It doesn't work when I need it to but, seemingly, also can't view my own column without accidently moving to the next day.
11. Now is so SLOW AND GLITCHY!! I'm about to find new software bc this is ridiculous.
